journaling.

I'm starting a new feature. I journaled off and on from grade school through high school and all of that writing is in one very large binder. Each week I'm going to randomly choose one entry from this enormous journal and post it, exactly as it was originally written.

So my question to everyone reading this blog:

Should I change the names of those in the journal?

Most of you reading this blog are related to me and may be mentioned in the pages. What do you think? Would you like me to change your name? And if so, what would you like your name to be?

Only change my name if you are writing something bad about me. Then I would like you to change my name but not tell me (or use the word Bryan). If you are writing something good about me, go ahead and leave my name as is.

Leave my name the same. This is a great idea.

That's a good idea. I also like Judy's idea of substituting her name for mine. That way if the journal reveals that I did something lame or stupid or horrible that I've forgotten I'll just assume it was Judy.

Mommy Dearest would be fine or use the word Bryan...
